What does it mean "der wildkräuterbuschenschank in Wien"?
A "Buschenschank" is an austrian term for a traditional wine location offering their own wines in combination with lokal food. weinhandwerk has specialized it's kitchen on tapas made of wild herbs ("wildkräuter") directly collected in our organic wineyard and on top quality products from Southern Tyrol, the home county of the wineyard owner Martin Strobl. He is an cook expert and wine professional for many years and weinhandwerk made his dream come true to combine both in a special environment.
The wineyard weinhandwerk is located directly at Vienna's border with an fantastic view over the whole city. This wild romantic place is a perfect finish for your hiking tour at the Bisamberg or the best location to spend a culinarily and scenically wonderful evening with friends or business partners. Depending on your wishes we provide you an individual offer for your sunday's brunch, picknick in the wineyards, barbecue or boar rost. For friends of outdoor activities we are arranging a whole day program combining the qualities of our location with your team/business targets.
For young people we have prepared interactive nature-workshops. The idea is to give children the opportunity to explore nature with all their senses and feel free to make their own experiences in a natural environment. Furthermore we offer "wild herbs" workshops for adults.
Given you now only a first insight, we invite you to surf through the images of our other pages getting a visual impression of - who we are and what we do. Please contact us for more information and your individual offer by sending us an e-mail to office.weinhandwerk@gmail.com.
We are looking forward to wellcome you and your friends at our wineyard!
